Functions: - Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating budgets and rolling forecasts. Build dynamic financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis. Support preparation of presentations, dashboards highlighting financial & operating performance, and other reporting data packs - Portfolio Company Support: Analyze monthly financials and KPIs for portfolio companies. Summarize monthly financials for quarterly reporting. Track performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods. Identify trends, deviations, and underlying drivers of performance. - Research and Valuation Support: Screen and analyze list of target companies for potential acquisition Build and update financial models, DCF and LBO models for lenders and investors and perform valuation Assist in preparing investment memo (research, analysis, presentation development) Assist in due diligence process including document and financial review Research on potential funding sources Requirements: · 5+ years of financial/ investment banking/private equity/buy side research experience. · Proven experience in financial planning and analysis. · Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and quantitative techniques · Advanced Excel skills including proficiency in VBA and Knowledge of SQL and Python. · Knowledgeable in financial planning software and tools, such as SAP/SAC is a plus
