We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Team at AES ANDES Main Responsibilities Corporate Finance Assist in the administration of project finance facilities, including coordination of debt disbursements, lender communications, and management of change orders, amendments, consents, and related documentation Assist in executing capital market transactions such as bond issuances, refinancing, and project finance deals. Support debt compliance processes, including monitoring and reporting on financial covenants. Analyze financial proposals and provide recommendations. Coordinate execution and deliverables with cross-functional teams, including M&A and Business Development. Support the execution and management of financial derivatives. Investor Relations Assist in preparing investor communications, including financial reports, presentations, and press releases, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Maintain a strong understanding of capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and investment practices to support effective investor engagement. Provide support in the execution of capital market transactions. Requirements Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with solid knowledge of advanced finance (e.g., financial modeling, derivatives, options). Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Familiarity with various types of credit and derivative contracts, both domestic and international. Desirable of +3 years? experience in banking or investment analysis/management firms. Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules. Strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and a collaborative mindset.
