We are seeking a thoughtful, agile, and collaborative Manager, AI Risk lead the development, implementation, and evolution of our firm?s AI Risk Management program. 💚👨 💻 Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain a firmwide AI Risk Management program aligned with policy, regulatory, and business needs. Serve as the central point of coordination for AI-related risk assessments, due diligence, and risk mitigation efforts. Continuously evaluate the evolving AI landscape to identify emerging risks and adjust riskmanagement strategies accordingly. Support business teams by guiding them through compliant AI adoption and onboarding processes. Collaborate across internal teams?including Legal, Privacy, Security, DT-C, and the Office of Generative AI?to ensure comprehensive risk oversight. Lead and manage AI-related risk management projects, including the design and execution of new risk procedures and guardrails. Maintain awareness of applicable legislation and regulatory guidance impacting AI development and use. Communicate effectively across teams to build risk awareness and empower practitioners to act responsibly within the firm?s AI policy and risk appetite. Key Skills & Qualifications: ? Experience in risk management or a related field (e.g., legal, compliance, privacy, confidentiality). ? Familiarity with Generative AI and ideally emerging technologies such as agentic AI; deep technical expertise is not required. ? Strong project management capabilities; able to manage complex cross-functional efforts. ? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and guide stakeholders across disciplines.
