What you will be doing at Evalueserve: Conduct research on news, financial data, and company presentations. Join earnings and investor relations calls. Analyze companies? strengths and weaknesses based on industry, business, and financial risks. Build and maintain Excel-based financial models, including forecasting, benchmarking, industry research, capital structure analysis, peer comparison, valuation, and recovery analysis. Perform company valuations using DCF and market multiples. Update models and databases regularly, especially during earnings season. Prepare and forecast financial statements. Write financial reports and presentations in English. Create information memoranda, company profiles (one-pagers and deep dives), industry overviews, management presentations, pitchbooks, deal tombstones, and due diligence decks. What we?re looking for: 2?5 years of experience in credit/equity research, investment banking, or private equity. Degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or related field. CFA Level 1 or master?s in finance is a plus. Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis. Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills. Advanced Excel skills (VBA not required). Strong written and verbal communication in English. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, team-oriented environment. Attention to detail, high-quality deliverables, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
