What you will be doing: ? Act as a liaison between the sales team and the investment banking team to ensure ? Researching for news, financial data, company presentations of companies under analysis. Participating in earnings calls and investor relations calls. ? Analyzing strengths and weaknesses of companies based on industry, business and financial risk. ? Creating and maintaining Microsoft Excel-based, financial models which include forecasting and benchmarking companies on financial and operating metrics, such as, industry research, capital structure analysis, peers? comparison, relative valuation and recovery analysis. ? Conduct extensive company valuation using DCF, market-based valuation using multiples. ? Updating financial models and client?s databases on a regular basis.
