This position reports to the IMG Manager within the ALMA Engineering Department (ADE), responsible for overseeing the activities performed by the Engineers Team composed by Electrical, Mechanical, Control and Instrumentation Specialists, giving them directions and coordinating with the IMG Supervisors (technicians team leaders) Maintenance and Operational priorities. Bring on site about Managerial matters. The position provides leadership to prioritize and align the Engineers Specialist team activities focused into reliable and efficient maintenance management processes and procedures for the IMG activities, ensuring that the activities carried out by IMG staff are aligned with the engineering group's quality policies and standards. This role will assure the conditions for the technical communication with the Executives or Support teams.
