About the Role: We are looking for a high-impact Earner & Marketplace Operations Lead to join our rapidly growing Grocery & Retail team in the Central America, South America & Caribbean region. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the operational excellence in a marketplace with several use cases live, where earners play a dual role ? both picking and delivering orders ? making the model distinct from the food delivery business. You?ll lead a team focused on improving the operational KPIs of everything related to supply dynamics and quality, all with the goal of building a best-in-class operational engine that fuels business expansion and delivers great experiences across the board.
